Overview: Acts as a central interface and facilitates collaboration among targeted provider groups and other key stakeholders. Owns the relationship for strategic development, alignment and execution of initiatives relating to providers across all Anthem business segments.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Acts as an advocate for the provider; understands the providers business model and proactively identifies provider needs and recommends way to improve existing relationships through best practices.</li> <li>Manages the relationship, day-to-day program activities and deliverables across business segments and work groups.</li> <li>Resolves and escalates issues and barriers to success as required. Engages appropriate internal resources to deliver on escalated service issues and appropriate process improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Need to have a strategic mindset to navigate the various segments, business areas, states &amp; providers.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</p> <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li style="font-weight: 400;">BA/BS; 8-10 years experience in contracting, provider relations, provider servicing; experience must include prior contracting experience of which 5 years of experience is in account management or sales; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">5 years of experience in complex relationship, account management or sales; or any combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Requires travel in GA.</li> </ul>
