Overview: The Sales Operations Admin is a sales based role that is responsible for assisting the sales team with sales, marketing, and business development in their day-to-day operations. This admin will also be responsible for assisting the team with all operational reporting, market trends and tracking. The candidate will understand the importance of our unprecedented team commitment and is comfortable supporting multiple people while maintaining a general understanding of operations and team deliverables as well as all other services related to the team.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Create customer profiles based off grass roots research and present to the team</li> <li>Managing the Linkedin research and Marketing process</li> <li>Be able to create and draft proposals</li> <li>Input client data into our CRM platform with accuracy - Salesforce</li> <li>Manage the Healthcare Underwriting process</li> <li>Organize and process expense reports for several sales leaders</li> <li>Perform a wide variety of highly skilled administrative tasks independently; general office, meeting organization, calendar management, and other tasks as requested</li> <li>Handles confidential and complex matters for operational teams</li> <li>Demonstrates the importance of detail and follow through and the ability to set priorities</li> <li>Understanding of sales operations and team deliverables as well as all other services related to the team</li> <li>Managing the Business Required Documents (BRD) related to the implementation process</li> <li>General understanding and assistance with the Miller Heiman Blue Sheets</li> <li>Maintain and administer various reports; looks for trends, tracks and reports on all business related metrics</li> <li>Processes materials for department budgets; utilizes spreadsheets to maintain budget and organize reports; monitors expenditures; plans events and secured contracts</li> <li>Must be flexible and comfortable with changing priorities</li> <li>On occasion, may be requested to work evening/weekends for events and/or special</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Associate degree preferred or working towards a degree in related field of sales and marketing</li> <li>Two to Five years of experience supporting multiple professionals or previous experience as an Administrative Assistant to a high level leader(s) preferred</li> <li>General understanding of a professional sales process</li> <li>Must be self-driven and able to work independently</li> <li>Highly organized with a keen attention to detail</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook Calendar management and able to grasp new programs quickly</li> <li>Understanding of CRM software such as Salesforce</li> <li>Experience building relationships with people working remotely</li> </ul>
