The role will include taking on tasks such as making client and employee level changes, processing payroll from start to finish and providing excellent customer service. And as the title indicates, you will be solutions focused. Each client is unique and knowing the intricacies of each client is imperative to our success. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Monitor each client&rsquo;s unique payroll calendar to process time &amp; attendance data into the payroll system while consistently meeting deadlines each payroll cycle</li> <li>Manage daily work-flow to ensure all processing occurs accurately, timely and compliantly</li> <li>Provide ongoing client and employee support via phone and email regarding payroll and benefits administration</li> <li>Process and verify indicative data including but not limited to new hire paperwork, benefit enrollments, benefit terminations, tax elections, voluntary deductions, wage attachments, employee terminations and compensation adjustments</li> <li>Process and audit employee and employer specific benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, Voluntary Life, STD, LTD and additional ancillary benefits</li> <li>Complete full pay cycle reconciliations utilizing internal audit methods and resources</li> <li>Audit a wide range of personnel action forms and payroll documents</li> <li>Assist with internal and external project management as needed</li> <li>Consistently volunteer to help teammates and others in the organization</li> <li>Focus on continual improvement of the team and the overall business</li> </ul> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">&nbsp;</h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of payroll processing experience</li><li>Degree in Business Administration or related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education. A Certified Payroll Professional is a plus. </li><li>Knowledgeable of payroll laws and best practices that work in a fast-paced, dynamic service oriented environment</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and payroll related software</li><li>Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service</li><li>Pro-active, enthusiastic team player, self-starter and independent thinker</li><li>Incredible time management skills with a focused ability to meet deadlines and balance priorities</li><li>Solutions focused with an emphasis on delivering exemplary customer service</li><li>Excellent communicator - needs to be able to facilitate proactive, positive conversations between team leaders, teammates, clients and employees</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><strong>
