Overview: As a sales intern, you will work for one of our Sales Directors on key projects focused on supporting the growth of our architectural business unit. Projects can range from evaluating pricing strategies, closing construction projects, assisting architects in project design, identifying key influencers, developing actions to increase share, and evaluating compensation design. All assignments are designed to stretch your skills and to support your professional development by providing clear goals and actionable feedback on your performance. In addition, you will be participating in a program that encompasses:<br /><br /> <ul> <li>Approximately ten-week full-time on-site summer assignment at Masonite&rsquo;s Tampa, Florida headquarters in Ybor City</li> <li>Development of personal and professional skills through training, networking, and mentoring relationships</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Support business unit with ongoing or new projects</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities</li> <li>Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Establish and maintain effective relationships will colleagues</li> <li>Exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts, and other pertinent information</li> <li>Will work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment</li> </ul>
