Overview: The Development and Implementation Manager is an effective, hands-on leader who performs multi-disciplinary functions relating leading and coordinating the development and support of Masonite&rsquo;s software applications, compliance programs and special projects. This role is primarily responsible for managing the development efforts within Masonite&rsquo;s Digital software portfolio. Duties include, but are not limited to, resource management and allocation, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder management and reporting, software release schedule management, cross-functional team facilitation, program support, program budget management and strategic development.
