Overview: <p dir="LTR">The Treasury Systems Analyst is responsible for the ongoing planning, design, development, programming, testing, implementation, and support of all Treasury related systems. They play a critical role in the implementation of the Treasury Management System, including developing processes and conducting training for the US and international subsidiaries.<br />In addition, they handle other typical Treasury duties such as cash and bank account management, cash forecasting, debt compliance, intercompany financing, foreign exchange risk management, and special projects/analysis. This role has executive management exposure and offers the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of global operations.</p> <p dir="LTR">The ideal candidate should be a bright and eager professional able to demonstrate their ability to be a tenacious self-starter. A performance-driven dynamic individual who brings fun to the workplace while delving into special projects and taking ownership of rewarding, hands-on duties.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Designs, develops, implements, and tests the Treasury Management System, including participation in system enhancements, upgrades, and new features.</li> <li>Validates and maintains data, mapping rules, accounting rules, administrative configurations, user setup, and process flows within Treasury Systems.</li> <li>Maintains and administers Treasury software <span class="WL01">packages/applications</span> and third-party access portals, including user administration and support, data loading, and validation.</li> <li>Facilitate and manage Treasury projects as needed including any ad-hoc requests. Projects could include: enhancement of current Treasury workstation, Issue RFP&rsquo;s for Cash Management, Merchant Services, Corporate Card, or other Treasury services, evaluate alternative depository solutions, integrate Treasury functions related to acquisitions, and create efficiencies within Treasury operations</li> <li>Backup for Daily cash and debt positioning for many domestic and international entities</li> <li>Oversees all financing vehicles and work with internal partners to ensure any required reporting and covenant compliance is reported in a timely manner</li> <li>Ensures intercompany financing agreements are in place and partner with internal departments to ensure they comply with local and international tax and legal requirements</li> <li>Formulates treasury policies and procedures and ensure SOX compliance</li> <li>SEC Reporting</li> <li>Provides support in foreign exchange risk management</li> <li>Analyzes data required to recommend business solutions</li> <li>Works with third parties to implement new services, open/close accounts, negotiate terms, renew policies, and integrate acquisitions/divestitures</li> <li>Represents the department on strategic project teams such as system implementations/conversions/ upgrades and business process changes</li> <li>Initiates projects and sets timelines and expectations</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Treasury or ERP system System development and/or deployment experience required</li> <li>Experience with FIS / Sungard Integrity</li> <li>General Accounting knowledge</li> <li>Experience pulling data from ERP and Accounting systems</li> <li>International banking and/or foreign exchange knowledge is a plus</li> <li>Willingness to work on a range of Treasury items, from maintaining bank account signers to higher-level projects</li> <li>Bank account management</li> <li>Cash flow forecasting</li> <li>Project management experience</li> <li>A &ldquo;can do&rdquo;, proactive approach</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Largely self-directed, able to seek out objectives and complete them with minimal management input</li> <li>Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to work on time-sensitive projects without daily supervision</li> <li>Excellent communication skills &ndash; both written and verbal</li> <li>Strong Excel spreadsheet and modeling skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Education and Experience</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Accounting or Finance degree required. CTP a plus</li> <li>Experience in corporate treasury/cash management PREFERRED.</li> <li>1+ years&rsquo; experience preferred</li> </ul>
