Overview: We heard you knock!
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work with Customer Service and assure plant network optimization to fulfill the needs of the customers and deliver products on-time.</li> <li>Assemble information regarding performance to the business plan, inventory plan, capacity utilization, lead time, and overall production rates.</li> <li>Create Dashboards that monitor execution performance by product family and critical work centers.</li> <li>Work with SIOP and Central Procurement to assure critical materials are available for schedule execution.</li> <li>Maintain capacity table master and review accuracy and execution to identified capacity to assure business can serve the incoming demand.</li> <li>Provide input on actual demand and capacity by product family to support the development of annual operating plans, sales and operations (S&amp;OP) processes, and the integration of new products.</li> <li>Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to evaluate production planning and scheduling business processes, develop optimization strategies, and implement solutions and standard operating procedures.</li> <li>Manage and analyze the performance of lean material replenishment and flow processes</li> <li>Complete other production planning and scheduling related work as assigned by the Director of Fulfillment</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>BS degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or other related fields</li> <li>3-5 years&rsquo; experience working in a purchasing or scheduling position; working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required</li> <li>Exceptional Interpersonal / written communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management and shop floor</li> <li>Strong analytical, reasoning and organization skills</li> <li>Must be a self-starter, highly dependable/reliable and work with little supervision</li> <li>Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Suites: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.</li> <li>People management skills a plus but not required</li> <li>APICS CPIM or CSCP certified preferred</li> <li>Six Sigma Green Belt certified or ability to certify within six months</li> </ul>
