RA360 is a 2 Year Leadership Development Program designed to allow students to balance both full-time and part-time commitments while gaining real world experience. This cross-functional program will provide students the opportunity to learn all aspects of the specialty metals business. The rotational schedule through Operations, Sales, Credit, HR, Product Management, Business Development, and other departments within Rolled Alloys will allow you to immerse yourself in challenging experiences.

Overview: RA360's 2-year Leadership Development program was developed to allow students to experience all aspects of what it takes to run a successful business. The student will learn how a company works from the inside, how each department works with each other, and how to be an invaluable part of a team.
Responsibilities: The student will rotate through all departments of Rolled Alloys, taking on various responsibilities that will tie into the major they are pursuing at college. For example; a mechanical engineering student will spend time in the accounting department, the metals lab, operations and sales.&nbsp;
Requirements: Must be enrolled in college; mechanical engineering or business degree preferred. Somebody with mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude and hard work ethic preferred.The student might spend most time in the metals lab, but will also be completing projects in the other departments that are still related to mechanical engineering. Types of projects include: analysis of heat affected zones in the metals lab, analyzing financial reports related to the production and sales of the metals, learning about the different types of products that Rolled Alloys offers and how to sell them to customers and receiving an order in operations and following the metal from quality inspection through machining to shipping.
