Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develops and maintains an excellent rapport with gaming guest.</li> <li>Efficiently responds and arranges special services for quality guest with Casino Marketing and/or VIP Guest Services Department.</li> <li>Ability to establish strong working relationships with Casino and Slot operations.</li> <li>Identifies and educates existing and new players on the Marquee Program.</li> <li>Assists in planning and hosting special events.</li> <li>Constantly looks for new ideas that will enhance the casino guest's service.</li> <li>Maintains a professional image and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures to reflect three integrity of the company.</li> <li>Acts as role model and always presents oneself as a credit to 1st Jackpot Casino and encourages others to do the same.</li> <li>Meets the attendance guidelines of the job.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Hospitality industry experience and two (2) to four (4) years in the hotel environment is preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of computer function, customer service and telemarketing is essential.</li> <li>Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.</li> <li>Must present a well-groomed appearance.</li> </ul>
