Responsibilities: <ul><li>Position requires maintaining dealer skills.</li><li>This position is responsible for promoting outstanding guest service.</li><li>As a dealer, must have the ability to deal multiple games as listed above while ensuring game protection in accordance with policy and procedures. Position requires that cast member be able to fill in as a supervisor when needed.</li><li>As a Casino Supervisor, has the ability to supervise dealers, protect the integrity of the game at all times, assist guest when needed, enforce procedures related to games. As the supervisor, must be able to accurately complete any and all necessary documentation needed to properly track guests’ play and issue complimentary, within set guidelines. </li></ul>

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables, in standardized situations.<br /> <br /><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations.
