Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Consistently prepares hot or cold food selections to standards established by the Executive Chef.</li> <li>Ensures that work area is kept clean and orderly.</li> <li>Assist in training of new Cooks.</li> <li>Must be able to stand for a full shift.</li> <li>Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers or fellow team members.</li> <li>Completes daily checklist and production charts as directed by your supervisor</li> <li>Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</li> <li>Apprentice for Certification preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment. Must be able to identify all products used in kitchen operation. Recognizes spoiled or questionable products. Ability to read and comprehend and execute recipes.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>LANGUAGE SKILLS</u></strong></p> <p>Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
