Responsibilities: We are looking for&nbsp;<strong>Emergency Roadside Specialist&nbsp;</strong>to process requests for roadside assistance as part of our fast-paced, member service organization, demonstrating concern for member safety and effectively diffusing high tension situations. You will have approximately 4 weeks of paid training at our call center located at&nbsp;<strong>68 Marginal Way, Portland, Maine&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;to prepare you to provide legendary service to our members!
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p><strong>Successful candidates in the role possess resiliency in diffusing high stress situations.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Ability to provide excellent customer service to 100+ member calls a day.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>If Work from Home is desired, Position is direct to remote! Must have the <strong>ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (no wireless, DSL, Satellite or Hot Spots etc...) Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 mbps download; 5 mbps upload</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>You&rsquo;ll need a passion for helping people, and the desire to exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented environment.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills provide success.</p> </li> <li> <p>Requires 1 year of previous customer service experience.&nbsp; Call Center experience is preferred, but not mandatory.</p> </li> <li> <p>High School diploma, GED or equivalent along with the successful completion of background and drug screening mandatory.</p> </li> </ul>
