Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Queries members in a personable manner during times of vehicle breakdown. Remains professional while obtaining information, often when caller is stressed. Offers assurance that call is being handled in a quality manner.</li> <li>Meets or exceeds expectations established by AAA National for clarity; ability to assist; empathy; location and procedural knowledge; helpfulness; and the ability to ascertain the correct information necessary.</li> <li>Captures all data with a high degree of accuracy to insure dispatch of the correct resource.</li> <li>Uses a variety of mapping software programs when determining breakdown location; determines the need for a &ldquo;light&rdquo; service or a tow. Captures tow destinations using available software to optimize the effectiveness of the contractor resource assigned to each member&rsquo;s situation.</li> <li>Pursues opportunities to cross-sell AAA memberships, Approved Auto Repair services, promotions, battery services and other programs, accurately and often using system scripting.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p style="font-weight: 400;">You&rsquo;ll need 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus) A High School Diploma or GED required/ Some college preferred.
