Overview: <p>The Corporate Travel mission is to provide legendary service to our internal customers for all of their business travel needs, and administrative support of on-line member bookings. Our knowledgeable agents offer a broad range of travel expertise to secure the best options and make recommendations for a comfortable travel experience. We maintain personal preference profiles for our frequent customers to ensure we secure preferred seats on airplanes, credit for airline, car rental and hotel loyalty programs.</p> We offer: Medical, dental and vision, employee life insurance, wellness program and AAA paid pension plan. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Answer incoming calls from members and make outbound calls as necessary to conclude member-service transactions. Receive and provide information from and to internal/external members, determine service need, resolve issues, and sell/cross-sell other products and services.</li> <li>Utilize advanced travel reservations skills to provide travel counseling, and book airline, car rental and hotel reservations for employees.</li> <li>Provide administrative support for members booking direct through the on-line booking channel</li> <li>Process reservations, collect payments and work with third party vendors to secure reservations and pricing</li> <li>Knowledge of cruise lines, airlines, car rental, hotel and tour vendors</li> <li>Familiar with Trip Tik systems and general domestic geography</li> <li>Excel and Word application experience preferred</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>You&rsquo;ll need 3+ years of customer service experience (travel experience and call center experience is a plus)</li> <li>A High School Diploma or GED required/Some college preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency using Apollo, Travel Port Cruise, and Travel Portal.</li> <li>Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, background and drug screening.</li> </ul> <p>As North America&rsquo;s largest motoring and leisure travel organization, AAA provides more than 15,000 Employees across 22 states, with roadside assistance, travel, insurance, financial and automotive related services.
