Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Qualifying and quoting prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.</p> </li> <li> <p>Following up with members and insureds and prospecting for new business.</p> </li> <li> <p>Multi &ndash; tasking and identifying cross &ndash;selling opportunities</p> </li> <li> <p>Working some evenings, weekends and holidays</p> </li> <li> <p>Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p>Goal oriented, self-motivated and excited to take initiative and ready to learn</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to multitask, cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates</p> </li> <li> <p>2 years sales experience highly preferred</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma required</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication skills and customer focused</p> </li> <li> <p>Organized and detailed</p> </li> <li> <p>Successful completion of AAA pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings</p> </li> </ul> <br />AAA Texas is part of the largest federation of AAA clubs in the nation.
