Overview: AAA East Central has an opportunity available for an Insurance Service Coordinator in the Independence, Ohio headquarters office. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Ensure that new business documentation is complete and obtained in a timely manner.</li> <li>Check compliance with established policy and organization guidelines through review of policy information, applications, systems, phone calls, or additional methods.&nbsp;Coordinate closely with management to ensure that these are adhered to.&nbsp;<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>Coordinate closely with the agents to address new business rating and information errors and ensure that corrections are made prior to completing the policy in the system.</li> <li>Ensure that new business applications are tracked and forwarded to Underwriting in a timely manner.</li> <li>Provide support to the organization to assist members or insureds with inquires, membership/policy changes, roadside assistance or other areas as assigned.</li> <li>Resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>Prior experience in sales, customer service and/or quality assurance preferred.</li> <li>Proficient in data entry and in using Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.</li> <li>Knowledge of HUON, MACS, and PORTAL systems preferred.</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul>
