Responsibilities: <ul> <li>As part of the Procurement team, you will act as the key point of contact for internal business units regarding the sourcing of new and existing products and services.</li> <li>Lead and execute complex RFX&rsquo;s (RFI, RFQ, RFP) &ndash; including needs assessment, information gathering, stakeholder discussions, drafting of RFX&rsquo;s, vendor research, vendor negotiations, analysis and presentation of results.</li> <li>Develop and analyze data to model various business scenarios that evaluate costs, risks, impact, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.</li> <li>Work hand in hand with stakeholders, vendors and legal counsel to draft, negotiate and manage contracts (master agreements, license agreements, SOW&rsquo;s etc.) for complex related products and services. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Build robust working relationships with business partners in order to create alignment concerning sourcing strategies and procurement process for products &amp; services.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage key vendor relationships to ensure business needs are being met and ensuring competitive, sustainable solutions to the business.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills including report/proposal preparation, presentations to Executives and all levels of Management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong negotiation and influencing skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.</li> </ul>
