Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday&ndash;Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm. If training is scheduled on a Saturday, a weekday off will be provided.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training):&nbsp;</strong>Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 9:00am-9:15pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:15pm. Requirements: <p><strong>Work-From-Home Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> <p>Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.</p> </li> <li> <p>You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Need</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p>Spanish fluency is a plus!</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time</p> </li> <li> <p>A flexible, &ldquo;can-do&rdquo; mindset and willingness to adapt to change</p> </li> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening</p> </li> <li> <p>Must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019</p> </li> </ul>
