Overview: ACE Group Membership Sales is seeking a career-minded individual for our Membership Sales Manager opportunity in Texas. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Reporting to the ACE Membership Unit Manager, the Membership Sales Manager is accountable for achieving both quantitative and qualitative requirements by managing sales and service activities of their assigned team.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Education:</strong><br /><br /> <ol> <li>BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience required</li> <li>MA/MS/MBA or other advanced degree preferred</li> </ol> <br /><strong>Required / Preferred Skills</strong> <br /><br /> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of progressive Sales experience required</li> <li>Minimum 1 year successful P&amp;C sales experience preferred</li> <li>Prior supervisory/managerial experience required</li> <li>Valid State Driver&rsquo;s License, acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record and minimum limits of 100/300 automobile insurance required</li> <li>Must be able to travel 75% of the time (by vehicle and or by flight)</li> <li>Position has full supervisory responsibility for one or more of the following positions: Membership Sales Agents in ACMO and other markets within ACE</li> </ul>
