Overview: <strong>AAA East Central</strong>&nbsp;is hiring for multiple Full-Time positions at our&nbsp;<strong>Pittsburgh (East Liberty)</strong>&nbsp;inbound call center for roadside service. Employees who can provide&nbsp;<em>legendary customer service</em>&nbsp;to our members are needed! Responsibilities: <div> <div><strong>Job Duties:</strong></div> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Service members&rsquo; inbound calls in a personable and professional manner during times of vehicle breakdown</li> <li>Capture all data with a high degree of accuracy to ensure dispatch of the correct towing resources</li> <li>Use a variety of mapping software and programs to determine member location (we&rsquo;ll teach you these in training)</li> <li>Pursue opportunities to cross-sell any current AAA promotions or services</li> <li>Answer member questions and update them with expected time of arrival</li> </ul> </div>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>A passion for helping people and exceeding members&rsquo; expectations</li> <li>Customer service experience required, call center experience is a plus</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a personable, courteous, and empathetic manner</li> <li>Basic computer skills that include typing, Microsoft Office, multi-tasking on the phone, and ability to adapt to new AAA programs</li> <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent</li> <li>Commitment to completing the entire training period without interruption</li> <li>Availability for a&nbsp;<strong>Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk)</strong>&nbsp;schedule during<strong>&nbsp;morning/evening hours&nbsp;</strong>(available shifts are between 10am-8pm)</li> <li>Potential to become&nbsp;<strong>Work From Home&nbsp;</strong>agent after 90 days of service and meeting established goals</li> <li>Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen</li> </ul>
