Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist with creating and maintaining project records in various systems (Jira, Confluence, Clarizen).</li> <li>Facilitate internal team meetings.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between the team and other departments regarding: Logistics; Equipment Issues; System Access Issues.</li> <li>Building strong relationships with support teams to assist with issue resolution; Track and monitor progress toward resolution of non-team issues; Assist the team with the tracking and monitoring of internal issues</li> <li>Exhibit strong skills in collaboration, influencing, and teamwork; Ask questions and work through ambiguity; Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Adaptability to a changing environment and changing priorities.</li> <li>Work with HR to schedule and coordinate the hiring process for new employee/contractors (Interviews, onboarding, greeting candidates, etc..).</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>3 years of project experience in a large organization.</li> <li>Project Management or Coordinator experience in an Agile environment.</li> <li>Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. (Desired)</li> </ul>
