Responsibilities: <p align="left">As a representative of this team, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <div>Process inbound and outbound calls from members and independent contract stations within a fast-paced call center environment.</div> </li> <li> <div>Exceed member expectations by demonstrating concern for member safety.</div> </li> <li> <div>Keep members informed of the status and progress of their requests.</div> </li> <li> <div>Possess the ability to effectively diffuse high-tension situations.</div> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Weekends are required</div> </li> <li> <div>A passion for helping people and exceeding their expectations.</div> </li> <li> <div>The confidence, job knowledge, and ability to utilize available resources to provide excellent member service.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to succeed in a structured, goal-oriented environment.</div> </li> <li> <div>Commitment to completing the entire 4 week mandatory training schedule without interruption.</div> </li> <li> <div>Prior customer service experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.</div> </li> <li> <div>Excellent written, verbal and computer skills.</div> </li> <li> <div>High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.</div> </li> <li> <div>Successful completion of AAA pre-employment assessments, background check and drug screening.</div> </li> </ul>
