Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for overall product growth and development for multiple Financial Services products to include the following:</p> </li> <ul> <li> <div>Credit Cards</div> </li> <li> <div>Identity Theft</div> </li> <li> <div>Prepaid Cards</div> </li> <li> <div>Foreign Currency</div> </li> </ul> <li> <p>Responsible for developing and mentoring direct reports.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Qualifications</strong><br /><br /> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently.</li> <li>Lead/oversee projects from start to end, including post implementation review.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Financial Services Products including multiple markets and other business unit functions, processes and roles.</li> <li>Operational experience in Sales, Financial Services or Underwriting preferred.</li> <li>Ability to extract, research, analyze and interpret data.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills required.</li> <li>Ability to effectively lead meetings.</li> <li>Communicate clearly.</li> <li>Generate presentations and present effectively to all levels within the organization.</li> <li>Ability to explain trends and answer questions in all assigned markets.</li> <li>Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings.</li> </ul>
