Overview: The Training Administrator is responsible for supporting the Operations Learning and Growth department, maintaining, and organizing content in Learning Management System, other tools and reports directly to the Content Design Manager. This position will require expert handling of multiple activities and priorities in a fast-paced environment and effective communication with individuals across the organization while providing support to the delivery and content teams.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Supports the Operations Learning and Growth department</li> <li>Serves as L&amp;G LMS administrator</li> <li>Is responsible for organizing and uploading content in the Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and other areas where knowledge management and training content is stored</li> <li>Schedules training sessions, books meeting and training rooms</li> <li>Is responsible for training maintenance in LMS</li> <li>Serves as a point of contact for L&amp;G regarding LMS issues</li> <li>Partners with HR to ensure all L&amp;G needs are met via the LMS</li> <li>Assists in Quality Assurance of LMS housed training</li> <li>Provides quality assurance to content development team, reviewing content, ensuring all aspects of content are correct</li> <li>Assists in locating training documents and prepares them for delivery and content teams</li> <li>Assists in gap analysis and information collection&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assists information collection and curriculum design &amp; content creation&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assists in developing training materials</li> <li>Maintains training records, schedule of required reviews, test corrections and additions, documents changes and upgrades</li> <li>Reports data on LMS, attendance, training content developed and delivered to the L&amp;G team</li> <li>Facilitates informational sessions on use of tools and technology deployed with the training organization.</li> <li>Serves as a liaison between vendors for training initiatives</li> <li>Coordinates and executes special projects; prepares reports and data for special research projects as needed</li> <li>Partners with Knowledge Management to ensure proper storage / location of information</li> <li>Prepares correspondence, memos, forms, and emails as required for department operations</li> <li>Prepares departmental reports, presentations, operating instructions, safety checklists and other documents as needed</li> <li>Makes travel arrangements as required</li> <li>Assists with L&amp;G communication</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Organizational Development, L&amp;D or related field preferred</li> <li>Two (2) years of experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)</li> <li>Two (2) years of experience in an administrative role preferred - preferably in a training space</li> <li>Worker&rsquo;s compensation / insurance experience preferred</li> <li>Experience with data (reporting, creating dashboards, etc)</li> <li>Ability to use independent judgment, problem-solve, be creative and answer questions</li> <li>Strong organizational skills</li> <li>Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong computer skills, IT skills, and ability to learn new computer systems.</li> <li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) email and all other office equipment.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -67px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
