All backed by the reach, knowledge and best practices of AF Group.</p> <p><strong>SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Business Development Consultant or Specialist, develops and manages independent agency relationship including the development of new business and retention of existing business in Nebraska and South Dakota. Underwrites, reviews, analyzes, approves or rejects complex business within letter of authority. Serve as liaison with company personnel regarding company business opportunities and problem resolution. Responsible for assisting in establishing the territory&rsquo;s or region&rsquo;s overall agency plan.</p> <p><strong><u>Position requires residency in Nebraska or South Dakota<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Work is performed both in the office and in the field with minimal hazards.&nbsp;Travel is required with occasional overnight stays.&nbsp; May be required to lift and carry computer equipment and other marketing promotional items weighing up to 35 lbs.&nbsp; Relocation may be necessary. Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license with a record that meets corporate standards.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Pay Range - Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate&rsquo;s skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for the Senior Business Development Specialist role is between $97,280 and $162,900 and between $74,860 and $125,400 for the Senior Business Development Consultant role.</p>
