This is a full-time position (approximately 35-40 hours per week). While you will be assigned to specific job roles, we work as a team to be successful for the clients, candidates, and company as a whole.<br /><br /><br /></p>
Responsibilities: <strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO AS RECRUITER ASSOCIATE</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Plan and implement recruitment strategy to fill client roles with candidates that are the best culture and position fit using the AHA! Process.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Facilitate communication with candidates and clients and support them through the recruitment process</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Create an amazing candidate experience</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Move both clients and candidates through process in a timely manner</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Improve recruitment and job knowledge</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to overall organization success</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage and conduct everyday recruitment tasks such as:&nbsp; <ul> <li>Updating and maintaining candidate database</li> <li>Sourcing and reviewing resumes from various online sources</li> <li>Posting positions on various websites and recruiting portals</li> <li>Updating job postings</li> <li>Screening applications and video interviews</li> <li>Scheduling interviews as necessary</li> <li>Conducting phone interviews</li> <li>Keeping detailed and accurate notes</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
