Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide expert project management for the full life cycle of multiple projects, including working with stakeholders to define scope and goals; developing and managing budgets; developing and managing timelines; advising project leadership; reporting results; problem solving; and taking corrective actions when needed.</li> <li>Establishing project objectives, procedures and performance standards, and leading multi-disciplinary teams on proposals, planning studies, feasibility through final designs, and construction services.</li> <li>Accountable for ensuring project budgets are set and managed appropriately, and that projects are delivered on budget.</li> <li>Manage external contractors and/or partners as part of project teams.</li> <li>Work effectively across multiple complex, strategic projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Expertise in key areas such as water resource management, hydraulic engineering, lift stations, ground storage tanks and wells, water treatment, and distribution and collection system optimization.</li> <li>Be a subject matter expert in industry best practices.</li> <li>Involvement in projects focused on urban water systems, sustainability, or environmental impact mitigation.</li> <li>Understand and apply conventional and advanced treatment technologies to solve complex water quality challenges for clients.</li> <li>Be visible in the regional water and wastewater marketplace through leadership and participation in professional organizations.</li> <li>Lead and coordinate private sector water and/or wastewater projects with sizes ranging from large-scale infrastructure to small-scale studies.</li> <li>Provide technical support during project commissioning and/or troubleshooting.</li> <li>Travel up to 40 percent, as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>BS in in Mechanical, Chemical, Biological, Civil Engineering or similar from an ABET accredited four-year college or university.</li> <li>Engineer in Training (EIT) or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience managing and/or coordinating projects. <ul> <li>Domestic Wastewater or Greywater reuse</li> </ul> </li> <li>Design|Build construction experience is preferred</li> <li>LEED experience is preferred</li> <li>Experience with SCADA systems is preferred</li> <li>Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procure, Revit, Salesforce and Microsoft Project is preferred.</li> </ul>
