Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Model mechanical, plumbing, and process piping systems using Revit.</li> <li>Create and maintain 3D equipment models to show final utility connections and coordinate different subcontractor trades.</li> <li>Apply basic knowledge of building codes, industry standards and other criteria in the development of project designs.</li> <li>Develop deliverable drawings for schematic, permit, construction, shop, and fabrication level of detail projects.</li> <li>Create material takeoff reports to aid in project estimating and procurement.</li> <li>Collaborate with design and construction team to optimize design, run Navisworks coordination meetings, and prepare clash detection reports.</li> </ul>
