Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform commissioning on mechanical, electrical, controls, irrigation systems, and process systems.</li> <li>Project types include Controlled Environments Agriculture, Waste-to-Value, Manufacturing, Commercial, Laundry, Entertainment, and more.</li> <li>Act as the bridge between design and construction teams; coordinate system design and installation with clients, subcontractors, and equipment vendors in a way that ensures the seamless turnover of a controlled environment project.</li> <li>Serve as the technical engineering resource for the project team.</li> <li>Create and execute pre-commissioning equipment checklists to maintain state-of-the-art quality system installations.</li> <li>Create and execute commissioning test scripts that verify correct operation of the installed systems.</li> <li>Review controls designs at a very granular level and provide solutions on the required changes needed to meet the design intent.</li> <li>Lead project commissioning meetings that accurately set expectations and coordinate schedules for all trades.</li> <li>Effectively convey information to onsite superintendents and subcontractors using employee&rsquo;s knowledge of the project&rsquo;s systems.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (with a focus in Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) &amp; a minimum GPA of 3.2</li> <li>4+ years of experience designing and/or commissioning industrial process, manufacturing process, or similar systems</li> <li>Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to successfully work on own</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with different types of individuals</li> <li>Comfortable with spending time on construction jobsite &ndash; approximately 25%</li> <li>Familiar with construction practices and principles</li> </ul> <br />MAKE YOUR MOVE <br /><br />We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
