Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compenstatoin based on indivdiual and company.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects.</li> <li>Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.</li> <li>Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues.</li> <li>Monitor project schedule and report progress to project management team.</li> <li>Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems.</li> <li>Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and testing.</li> <li>Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to travel to project sites as needed.</li> <li>Possess and maintain a current, valid driver&rsquo;s license in your state of residence.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.</li> <li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.</li> <li>Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li> <li>OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.</li> </ul>
