Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules for active construction projects.</li> <li>Work with the Project Team to help develop schedule structure and layout before detailed scope-based development begins.</li> <li>Track milestones, compare actual progress against the plan, and help identify schedule deviations.</li> <li>Support project teams in coordinating sequencing, manpower timing, and major schedule milestones.</li> <li>Participate in internal scheduling meetings and help keep schedule updates current and accurate.</li> <li>Assist with preparation of monthly schedule reporting and project-specific schedule updates.</li> <li>Help review subcontractor schedules and identify opportunities for improvement or alignment with the overall project schedule.</li> <li>Assist superintendents with 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure field planning aligns with the master project schedule.</li> <li>Travel to job sites as needed to monitor progress and better understand construction sequencing in the field.</li> <li>Maintain organized records of schedule updates, revisions, and historical performance data.</li> <li>Learn scheduling best practices, reporting methods, and scheduling software while supporting multiple projects concurrently.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>1-5 years of scheduling experience with a General Contractor.</li> <li>Direct experience supporting data center construction, mission-critical, or highly technical commercial projects.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) (required); experience with Microsoft Project a plus.</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively within project teams and manage assignments independently.</li> <li>Ability to travel to project sites nationwide and walk the job site as needed.</li> <li>Familiarity with Procore and BIM as they relate to sequencing and coordination is a plus.</li> <li>Internship or entry-level experience with a general contractor or construction manager is preferred.</li> </ul>
