Full Time

Overview: Atwell is searching for a Civil Engineer who as part of the project team will design review and finalize site plans. In this role, you will hone your skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and be part of a large fast growing team of residential land development engineers.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Together with the Project Manager direct the team on various assignments, providing technical training and guidance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete edits and modify plans as reviewed by agencies, municipalities, and clients.</li> <li>Research local/state requirements on properties and projects for zoning.</li> <li>Complete site visits and field assignments as required by project scope.</li> <li>Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions and factors to consider for development such as: legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, and easement documents.</li> <li>Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments on time and within prescribed standards.</li> <li>Initiate communication with clients, municipalities, and agencies as the project requires in coordination with the Project Manager.</li> <li>Communicate with Project Manager and Team Leader on workload status.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering</li> <li>Two to Six (2-6) plus years of experience is preferred.</li> <li>EIT or PE Preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
