Overview: Atwell is seeking a Land Solutions Associate Director who will be responsible for achieving business objectives by developing opportunities in the renewable enrgry space, a strategic vision and plans, and by ensuring financial success and/or team success through leadership and development.
Responsibilities: LEADERSHIP<br />Supervise, direct, and organize all members of the team with authority to recruit, interview, hire, etc. Foster teamwork and achieve financial objectives by ensuring team performance and providing leadership to project teams.<br />&nbsp;<br />PROJECT DEVELOPMENT<br />Establish project plans and objectives by collaborating with team to help determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, or project schedules. Launch business objectives by creating an annual business plan with VP/Regional Leader.<br />&nbsp;<br />BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT<br />Develop future business by assisting with business development/marketing support and presentations. Proactively build and maintain relationships with current and future clients. Serve as liaison between clients and project team members.<br />&nbsp;<br />#LI-CF1
