Responsibilities: Atwell is a full-service engineering consultancy focusing on 3 market sectors; Residential/Commercial Land Development, Power Delivery, and Oil &amp; Gas. The emphasis is on results, and effective systems that achieve results through and with people, rather than on the details of implementation.<br /><br />Business Development:<br /> <ul> <li>Lead in the proposal development, submittal and presentation process.</li> <li>Review future markets/industries/service lines for company growth.</li> </ul> Financial:<br /> <ul> <li>Develop budgets coordination with internal staff.</li> <li>Ensure projects are managed to the approved budget.</li> <li>Manage resources, when needed, to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to project budget.</li> <li>Ensure that all PO&rsquo;s and Change Orders are received and/or in process in a timely manner.</li> </ul> Program and Client Management:<br /> <ul> <li>Address and create solutions/process workflow in coordination with PM&rsquo;s and others to meet client needs.</li> <li>Maintain project related process workflow in systems.</li> <li>Effectively manage scope creep.</li> <li>Assist with activities related to planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and executing projects.</li> <li>Create and adopt standard reporting procedures and systems.</li> <li>Lend support to project managers.</li> <li>Manage projects on as needed.</li> <li>First line interface with client, corporate office and project teams.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">Qualifications</h2> EDUCATION<br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required.</li> </ul> EXPERIENCE<br /> <ul> <li>Experience working in a business, planning, development or legal environment.</li> <li>Experience in understanding renewables, mapping tools and geography.</li> <li>Must possess strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills for dealing with clients, team members and prospective clients.</li> <li>Strong organizational, task and time management skills.</li> </ul>
