Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Utilize your expertise in land solutions to manage landowner relations, negotiations, and land acquisitions effectively.</li> <li>Conduct thorough research to determine land ownership information, providing crucial insights to guide decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for executing land solutions and maximizing project success.</li> <li>Engage directly with landowners, educating them about project specifics and building strong relationships.</li> <li>Skillfully negotiate and execute options, leases, and easement agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.</li> <li>Coordinate and implement right of way strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive efficiency and minimize challenges.</li> <li>Provide regular progress reports to ensure effective communication and alignment with the team and stakeholders.</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with landowners throughout the post-construction process, ensuring their satisfaction and support.</li> <li>Stay updated on project scope, client goals, and milestones, aligning your efforts to drive successful outcomes.</li> <li>Effectively communicate and educate landowners about the industry, clients, and the development process, fostering positive relationships.</li> <li>Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of clients' leases to navigate negotiations and agreements seamlessly.</li> <li>Conduct thorough parcel ownership research and obtain accurate contact information for landowners as required.</li> <li>Overcome landowner objections using your strong negotiation skills and sound judgment.</li> <li>Communicate accurate execution dates to the lease preparation team, ensuring timely and precise completion.</li> <li>Provide detailed field notes and reports, facilitating effective collaboration and communication within the team.</li> <li>Ensure all agreements are executed flawlessly, meticulously completing all necessary paperwork and documentation.</li> <li>Foster proactive and open communication with the Atwell team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.</li> <li>Uphold Atwell's commitment to excellence and adhere to industry-leading processes and standards.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in land acquisition or related real estate fields, with a focus on renewable energy.</li> <li>Transferable skillsets from industries such as transmission, utility, right of way, telecommunications, oil &amp; gas, or related fields will be taken into consideration.</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel extensively, up to 90% of the time, to various project sites nationwide.</li> <li>Proven organizational skills, enabling you to work independently and efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.</li> <li>Experience with MS Access or similar tools is preferred, enhancing your ability to leverage technology for increased productivity.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empowering you to build strong rapport with landowners and convey information effectively.</li> </ul>
