Requirements: <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in land acquisition or related real estate fields, with a focus on renewable energy.</li> <li>Transferable skillsets from industries such as transmission, utility, right of way, telecommunications, oil &amp; gas, or related fields will be taken into consideration.</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel extensively, up to 90% of the time, to various project sites nationwide.</li> <li>Proven organizational skills, enabling you to work independently and efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.</li> <li>Experience with MS Access or similar tools is preferred, enhancing your ability to leverage technology for increased productivity.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empowering you to build strong rapport with landowners and convey information effectively.</li> </ul>
