Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Establish and execute an annual Project Manager Business Plan.</li> <li>Collaborate with clients and management to establish project objectives.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive project proposals in collaboration with clients.</li> <li>Ensure the establishment of a strong contractual relationship with clients, negotiating and obtaining signed contracts prior to commencing work.</li> <li>Manage project invoicing and accounts receivable collection in accordance with contractual agreements.</li> <li>Promote internal communication by actively sharing information and encouraging dialogue within project teams, across market sectors, and throughout the organization.</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and responding to their concerns in a timely manner.</li> <li>Drive business development efforts by providing marketing support and presentations, following up on outstanding proposals, and proactively building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients.</li> <li>Maintain effective project and client communications, including compiling project status updates for both internal and client use.</li> <li>Utilize web-based document management software to ensure efficient project documentation and collaboration.</li> <li>Coach, counsel, and mentor team members to support their professional growth and development.</li> <li>Maintain accurate project inputs in Vision, including opportunities, proposals, contract amendments, and project files.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to Atwell's Product Quality Manual and established standards to deliver high-quality results and uphold Atwell's reputation.</li> <li>Stay updated with professional and technical knowledge through attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in relevant professional societies and trade associations.</li> <li>Achieve performance objectives by meeting or exceeding designated targets related to chargeability, invoicing ratio, individual revenue goals, accounts receivable, work-in-process, proposals, and business development efforts.</li> <li>Apply fundamental engineering, environmental, land planning, and survey concepts independently as required.</li> <li>Assist in organizing the project team, assigning responsibilities, forecasting workload, and contracting with sub-consultants when necessary.</li> <li>Analyze project information and trends, intervening as needed to ensure project objectives are met.</li> <li>Contribute to achieving financial objectives by maintaining project budgets and schedules, approving expenditures, analyzing variances, negotiating changes in scope, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.</li> <li>Report project results to management and provide insights for continuous improvement.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedules.</li> <li>Contribute to a team-oriented environment, accomplishing team-driven results as needed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong listening abilities.</li> <li>Proven experience in survey project management and leadership roles.</li> <li>Ability to independently apply fundamental engineering, environmental, land planning, and survey concepts.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.</li> <li>Proficiency in web-based document management software (e.g., Expesite, Buzzsaw) is preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with Atwell's Product Quality Manual and industry standards.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to business development efforts.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field (surveying, engineering, or similar) is required; advanced degree is a plus.</li> <li>Professional licensure/certification.</li> </ul> <br /><br /><br />Join our team and be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
