Responsibilities: <p>1. Marketing new prospective clients with a commitment to mutual success<br />2. Recruit and negotiate new national and regional clients.<br />3. Be an internal account champion, assuring clear and regular communication to key company employees.<br />4. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and their specialty areas of practice.<br />5. Present information and solutions in a professional manner.<br />6. Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly Company sales margins and goals.<br />7. Pursue opportunities unique to each assigned account in terms of marketing and operations.<br />8. Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with assigned clients.<br />9. Work closely with assigned clients to ensure the Company has a clear understanding of their requirements.<br />10. Coordinate account and market reviews of key metrics and best practices/key learning for assignments.<br />11. Proactively reach out to new customers to set up presentations/meetings.<br />12. Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and implements contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.<br />13. Complete RFP&rsquo;s in new areas to increase business development and market reach.<br />14. Other duties as may be assigned based on business needs or management&rsquo;s request.</p>
Requirements: <p>1. Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred but not required<br />2. Minimum 3 to 5+ years proven successful sales experience in general healthcare services, medical device, supplemental healthcare staffing is preferred. Strong market territory knowledge is expected.</p>
