The Recruiter is expected to maintain professional relationship with candidate pool to ensure client positions are filled.</p>
Responsibilities: <p>1. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.<br />2. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.<br />3. Recruit and maintain a well-qualified diversified candidate pool.<br />4. Interview and counsel candidates/employees for most appropriate career options to match skills.<br />5. Profile candidates against specific required skills.<br />6. Perform reference checks.<br />7. Fulfill strategic recruitment and public relations activities including attending job fairs, attending professional networking events, etc.<br />8. Other duties as may be assigned based on business needs or management&rsquo;s request.</p>
Requirements: <p>1. Two or more years of recruiting experience required, healthcare environment highly preferred.<br />2.
