AA is a dynamic and inspiring, sales-oriented leader and CPA who deeply understands the accounting industry niche, and the critical pain points of accountants and firm owners. Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leads, manages, and holds&nbsp;departmental leaders accountable to drive agreed upon daily performance goals/ metrics and operational excellence across the organization at all times</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develops and executes an operations plan which realizes company P&amp;L, growth and efficiency objectives</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stays on the same page with an idea-driven, uncommonly smart Visionary, using change agility, respect, and the right dose of skepticism, while embracing healthy conflict and feedback with a thick skin</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Follows through immediately, purposefully and decisively on key organizational initiatives that move the needle</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Helps attract, retain, and develop high-performing </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">talent who fit. Recognizes leadership potential, and rewards staff purely on merit.
