Regular Part-Time

Overview: At Acosta, we work with major consumer brands (CPG). Our Retail Merchandisers represent our customer and clients in retail locations where you shop. We execute product placement through modular integrity, stocking, building displays, selling and completing surveys and audits. Responsibilities: <ul><li>We are seeking self-motivated individuals who can create solutions and can: </li><li>Perform such duties as checking date codes, rotating, cleaning, and stocking displays and pricing merchandise where appropriate. </li><li>Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts ensuring adherence to approved plan-o-grams. </li><li>Report observations to management regarding outdated or unbalanced product, out-of-stock situations and point of purchase requirements. </li><li>As established by management, deliver retail territory coverage plan to ensure merchandising goals meet client expectations. </li><li>Assist supervisors on retail initiatives as assigned. </li><li>Work with technology collecting and reporting data from store visits with a company furnished device. </li><li>Represent Acosta in a professional manner and follow company dress code policy. </li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Prior Retail Experience preferred, but not required. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and bend to low/high levels in order to reach product. </li><li>Experience utilizing technology (i.e. Smart Phones and handheld devices) </li><li>Must have a valid driver’s license; and reliable transportation with the ability to drive a car for an extended period of time. </li><li>Willing and able to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores). </li><li>Must follow Company policies and maintain confidentiality of client and Company information.
