Full-Time

Overview: <p>Our Representatives have an assigned route they travel to each week. You&rsquo;ll (work) this territory and have flexibility to efficiently plan and execute your schedule per day. Through relationship building with your store key decision maker(s), you&rsquo;ll deliver solutions and achieve company goals by increasing distribution, introducing new products, selling promotions, and merchandising.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Meet client expectations regarding sales and call visit coverage by delivering sales and coverage results against quotas across assigned territories by client.</li> <li>Execute retail initiatives (new product introductions, contests, etc.) as assigned.</li> <li>Execute selling initiatives</li> <li>Deliver 100% coverage every reporting cycle of assigned retail territory according to client frequency plans.</li> <li>Achieve new and existing item placement according to client speed to shelf guidelines.</li> <li>Perform such duties as checking date codes and maintaining full distribution and display of products while ensuring adherence to approved plan-o-grams (shelf maps).</li> <li>Clean, stock, rotate product and merchandise displays.&nbsp;</li> <li>Install displays and point of sale signage.</li> <li>Reports trends and observations regarding outdated product, unbalanced stock, out-of-stock situations and point of purchase requirements. (To include competitive products).</li> <li>Take photos as requested.</li> <li>Submit all call and coverage information into Acosta&rsquo;s proprietary portal a minimum of twice daily on days worked.</li> <li>Receive and handle client point of sale/ merchandising equipment and transport for your use with your in-store execution.</li> <li>Follow company policy in execution of work and time reporting.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma / GED</li> <li>Prior retail experience (to include Retail Sales) <strong><em>preferred, but not required.</em></strong></li> <li>Must be available Monday through Friday.</li> <li>Occasional overnights may be required</li> <li>Occasional weekend work (Demos and Food Shows).</li> <li>A familiarity of your assigned geography and home location and must reside within this geography</li> <li>Strong communication skills.</li> <li>Basic word, excel and power point software knowledge preferred, but not required.</li> <li>Home wireless internet preferred</li> <li>Ability to use mobile tablet and/or cell phone technology</li> <li>Ability to navigate with GPS technology a must</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.</li> </ul>
