Overview: <p>Acosta is offering a <strong>Sign-On Bonus</strong>!&nbsp; Apply to hear more about the details!</p> <p>&nbsp;Responsible for identifying opportunities, achieving strategic goals, and building relationships within an assigned territory through sales calls at key retail accounts. Primary responsibilities include increasing sales and market share of the brands represented while managing on-shelf availability across multiple categories.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>To clearly understand and demonstrate the Retail Advisor role, current client brief, key result areas and how these are influenced.</p> </li> <li> <p>To achieve 100% coverage of the territory, and to be responsible for updating outlets changes at all times, visiting each store on your call file as per Journey Plan</p> </li> <li> <p>To consistently identify and deal with the decision-maker in every outlet visited</p> </li> <li> <p>To positively increase brand profile within your territory, by providing high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times</p> </li> <li> <p>Complete in-call procedure following &ldquo;The steps to the call&rsquo; standards</p> </li> <li> <p>To effectively utilise all the sales tools made available. Sales tools are &ndash; Store level sales data, promotional information, market and brand information, tablet, presenters, leave behinds, Point of Sale material</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance of promotions currently running. Compliance relates to In stock, right price, right position, right space on or off main fixture</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure maximum store awareness, compliance and execution of all New Product Launches</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and implement local opportunities through the use of store level sales data</p> </li> <li> <p>Reporting on market intelligence and competitor activity</p> </li> <li> <p>To ensure that your results are correctly downloaded via the Tablet on a daily basis or as directed by line manager or the office</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure that the &lsquo;in-car&rsquo; point of sale material and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet retailer&rsquo;s needs at all times. This must be stored in an orderly manner</p> </li> <li> <p>To attend and actively contribute to Team Meetings.</p> </li> </ul>
