Overview: This position <strong>must</strong> be filled on-site in <strong>Rogers, AR</strong><br /><br />You will be responsible for building and maintaining replenishment and supply chain-related relationships with specific customers and/or clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;Function as a senior-level supply chain and replenishment professional with the primary responsibility to provide the implementation of Supply Chain Management and other advanced Logistics initiatives within a designated department to include: Grocery, Non-Grocery, Perishable and/or HBC for an entire region, specific principal or specific customer. <br /><br />You must demonstrate the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders to gain support for replenishment strategies to enhance product availability for Acosta clients at all levels.
Responsibilities: Essential Functions:<br /> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain a partnership with the Walmart/Sam's Club replenishment manager and clients in the development of strategic plans for replenishment insights within the client/customer relationship.</li> <li>Effectively train and manage direct reports to achieve client objectives.</li> <li>Work as an integral part of the assigned team assisting clients in presenting replenishment insights reviews to Walmart/Sam's Club.</li> <li>Analyze DC/store-level inventory and customer forecast to ensure In-Stock and OTIF objectives are met. Gain alignment between the customer and/or internal client stakeholders on sales forecast. Provide a clear indication of potential challenges or opportunities related to inventory and inventory pipeline.</li> <li>Communicate progress on key customer scorecard measures to clients with the root cause and recommended action plans for improvement (In-stock, On Time, In Full, etc&hellip;)</li> <li>Update customer forecast and share detailed POS and Order Forecasts back to client stakeholders</li> <li>Support and develop tools that enable key customer requirements, such as OTIF, ASN quality, and Supplier Quality Excellence Program.</li> <li>Utilize and understand customer-specific systems that include Walmart&rsquo;s Retail Link</li> <li>(OTIF, SQEP, Decision Support, GRS and NOVA) which are used to generate supplier performance, replenishment insights, and recommendations.</li> <li>Participate with Walmart/Sam&rsquo;s Club replenishment managers and clients in the design, implementation, and evaluation of replenishment settings as needed</li> <li>Identify current and potential in-stock and OSA opportunities and deploy solutions to protect clients from lost sales.</li> <li>Potential to be collated with the client for 1-2 days per week.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: Education Requirements:<br /> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s required Work Experience Requirements:</li> <li>Must have 3-5 years of experience with Walmart&rsquo;s Retail Link and/or supply chain operations. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:</li> <li>Must have prior work experience in data analysis and customer systems and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of the technology involved to operate these systems</li> <li>Must have a high degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, fax, and database management (Access)</li> <li>Must have a high degree of proficiency in Walmart systems such as Retail Link (CPFR, Decision Support, etc.) and GRS</li> <li>Must have a fundamental understanding of Walmart Stores, Inc. supply chain operations</li> <li>Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
