Responsibilities: <ul><li>Essential Functions: </li><li>Under minimal supervision, manages the extract of data (syndicated, panel, and others) to be incorporated into reporting tools and templates or provides space management/section merchandising support on assigned categories at assigned customers. Also, will provide analysis and draw conclusions and determine recommendations in support of client objectives. Will work closely with other analytical or space tech leads in the development and maintenance of various category management or space technology tools and deliverables. </li><li>Work as integral part of account team assisting Business Managers with category or space management related issues involved in developing category reviews. Maintain and update all assigned reports/tools/plan-o-grams for assigned categories and/or sections for assigned customers and ensure the end product is accessible to Acosta team members and/or clients, where permitted. </li><li>Responsible for accuracy of end results that may require analyzing data for completeness, format and conformity dealing independently and directly with syndicated data companies and IT or other vendor sources. </li><li>Assist in training and orientation of internal and external clients in the use of analytical and/or space management tools. Develop required level of expertise for assigned categories. </li><li>Other duties and assignments as outlined by Acosta's Analytical Services/Category Management/Space Management team leaders. </li><li>Meeting the physical requirements – listed below </li><li>Other duties as assigned  </li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Education Requirements: </li><li>Bachelor's Degree Perferred </li><li>Related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement Work Experience Requirements: </li><li>Up to one-year related work experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements: </li><li>Must be able to demonstrate an advanced degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including Excel, PowerPoint, VB, advanced macros.
