Overview: <p>Open to any location in the United States.</p> <p>This position is an integral part of the Business Intelligence Training Department. He/She will need to be flexible and have a passion for continuous learning and teaching. Ideally they will be an innovative thinker who embraces efficiency and has exceptional organization, follow up and interpersonal/ communication skills.</p> <p>He/She will need to have deep knowledge and experience in CPG Category Management Principals, Analytics and Storytelling. They will take an active role in SharePoint administration, maintaining contact lists, managing training invites, creating training materials, conducting trainings, compiling survey results and assisting personnel to locate &amp; utilize training resources.</p> <p>Necessary skillsets include proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, IRI/Nielsen Syndicated and Consumer Panel.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <p>Manage the development and planning of key data-driven analyses to support the overall Shared Business Intelligence vision.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage the planning and execution of complex project activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead project teams through the process of initiating projects developing detail project requirements and manage the life cycle of the project.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build relationships with project stakeholders, write and present regular status updates.</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate effectively with colleagues, by distributing the relevance of the analyses provided.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to communicate complex information to an understandable way for a variety of people.</p> </li> <li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li> <p>8 yrs. experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry business insights, research and analytics.</p> </li> <li> <p>The Center of Shared Business Intelligence Manager II must have a proven track record in the CPG industry and key understanding of business insights methods and tools including industry standard tools (IRI, Nielsen etc.) as well as the development and understanding of shopper insights.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have a high degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications including spreadsheets, word processing, and graphics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to effectively communicate with others including presenting one on one and in large groups.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have the ability to think in a linear logical thought process to resolve problems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have excellent analytical and research skills; must have the ability to assimilate relevant data sources and hone in on key insights that drive business recommendations</p> </li> <li> <p>Must have the ability to quantify and model the economic impact of various business scenarios</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to interact with Acosta sales and senior level positions;</p> </li> <li> <p>Consultative presentation skills- must be able to present to both large and small groups</p> </li> <li> <p>Project Management skills and time management skills. Must have the availability to work on several projects simultaneously.</p> </li> </ul>
