Overview: The Operations Expert I must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work independently and take initiative as needed. The Operations Expert I will be responsible for managing over $1 Million in operations revenue.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Operations Expert I will be the main Operations point of contact for a significant client for Mosaic PRO. Annual spend by client exceeds $1 Million.</li> <li>Manage all projects associated with client.</li> <li>May manage multiple associates in support of client.</li> <li>Provide detailed reports on costs, productivity, and monthly recaps for major initiatives.</li> <li>Develop and maintain processes that work for a variety of different project types.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Experience Requirement (i.e. 5 yrs category mgmt or 3 yrs food brokerage):</strong><br /> <ul> <li>3+ years&rsquo; experience in the operations field managing an operations revenue over $1 Million</li> <li>1+ years&rsquo; supervisor / management experience directing the employee&rsquo;s daily work activities.</li> <li>Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity</li> <li>Proven experience in data reporting and analysis is preferred.</li> <li>Proven experience planning, monitoring and managing departmental budget.</li> </ul> <strong>Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements (i.e. &ldquo;plan-a-gram&rdquo; software expertise, presentation skills):</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed.</li> <li>Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks.</li> <li>Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and clients.</li> <li>Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, with the ability to balance multiple (and often conflicting) demands.</li> <li>Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to set own goals and determine how to accomplish results with some guidelines.</li> <li>Possess an advanced understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Microsoft Excel, Power-Point, Word, and Outlook.</li> </ul>
