Overview: Reach has an exciting opportunity in managing field sales teams working in Wal-Mart, Target and Kroger retail outlets. The role of the Regional Field Manager will be to effectively manage a team of 10 Retail Representatives, whose responsibilities include influencing sales of product placements within the stores, fixing the retail issues and increasing the displays of our clients&rsquo; products in stores. Due to an exciting growing partnership, Reach&nbsp;is recruiting for a team who will be working with major retailers, driving sales across a variety of categories. We are looking for candidates who have previous management experience. You will be an expert coach and leader, and will inspire, lead and develop a team of Retail Representatives to deliver their regional KPI&rsquo;s. You will be able to see the big picture and long term thinking at all times and overcome obstacles to achieve challenging objectives. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>To professionally manage, direct and motivate a team of Retail Representatives</li> <li>To successfully achieve team and individual targets/KPI&rsquo;s</li> <li>To enforce all agreed field performance standards, procedures and company policies throughout the field team</li> <li>To ensure that the Retail Representatives professionally carry out the key functions and tasks as described in their job description</li> <li>To work in conjunction with team to provide strategic direction to the account adding value and driving commercial development initiative</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>FMCG sales or team management experience</li> <li>Understanding of in-store processes within the grocery sector</li> <li>Ability to plan and organise own workload</li> <li>An excellent communicator at all levels &ndash; client, team and peers</li> <li>IT literate with strong numeracy skills</li> <li>Previous Field Sales experience is essential</li> <li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s Licence</li> <li>A professional image is needed at all times</li> <li>Must have flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage and be available for overnight stays on an infrequent basis</li> <li>Must reside within territory boundaries</li> </ul>
