Responsibilities: <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">AS THE EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR 1, YOU ARE</strong>&nbsp; responsible for but not limited to performing the following essential job duties:</span></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Maintain positive communications and relationships with his/her supervisor, clients, employers, involved members of families and other individuals in the community.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Participate in the evaluation of the client through completion of task analysis and other requested assessment devices.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provides logs, reports, and client evaluations in a timely, complete, and accurate manner as required.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Ensure that information in client record is current and accurate.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assist in the design and implementation of individual training and support programs for the client(s).</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provide on-site direct service to client at their employment and through pre-employment and employment training where and when needed.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Provide direct service as needed and required.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Other duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>18 years of age or older. </li> High School Diploma or Equivalent.</li> <li>Aptitude for confidentiality, organizational skills and good interpersonal skills.</li> Certification in an approved First-Aid and CPR class; or successful completion within 45 days of the date of hire.</li> <li>Insured, registered vehicle in safe working condition, and proof of current CA driver’s license.</li> <li>Adjoin's client case management platform requires employees to utilize a mobile smart device (i.e. cell phone/tablet) with reliable internet connectivity and data to complete certain essential job tasks. This position requires the employee to have a mobile smart device available to perform certain required essential functions, for which reasonable reimbursement is provided to the employee.</li> </ul> <br /> <br /> <br />OTHER REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <ul> <li>Adjoin employees must be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.</li> <li>Ability to travel within and throughout the counties in which services are provided a minimum of 75% of the time.</li> <li>Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.</li> <li>Physical evaluations may be required dependent upon specific assigned duties or compliance requirements and may include a TB test and/or a lift and transfer test.</li> <li>Acceptable DMV record. </li> </ul> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
