You love the thrill of the hunt and, most importantly, your experience closing complex, detailed sales through understanding your client's unique circumstances is evident to everyone you&rsquo;ve worked with.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Our new Account Executive will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Become an expert. &nbsp;Develop deep insight on the technical function and be able to clearly articulate the value our products bring in solving business problems.</li> <li>Know the market. &nbsp;Be a subject matter expert on content management, data security and governance, compliance and digital transformation.</li> <li>Exceed sales targets - This is a &lsquo;hunter&rsquo; role. &nbsp;We have lots of internal support available and we&rsquo;re looking for people to open and close doors.</li> <li>Build relationships. Work closely with customers to gain an in-depth understanding of current technical environment, key business issues, infrastructure requirements and application needs and close the deal.</li> <li>Architect solutions. Design, develop and implement custom applications to meet customer requirements.</li> <li>Lead knowledge sharing. From pre-sales to post-sales, execute presentations, proof of concepts and answer all customer concerns with sound technical advice.</li> <li>Collaborate. Provide feedback on product feature requests from customers and lead design of extensions to the core product needed to meet client requirements.</li> <li>Travel up to 40%, throughout North America.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Our new Account Executive has:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business or proven experience in technology sales.</li> <li>5+ years successfully selling complex software solutions with at least 2 years focused on Enterprise Content Management to C level executives in large enterprises.</li> <li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work in a team environment.</li> <li>Committed to customer satisfaction and the highest standard of personal integrity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What&rsquo;s in it for you?</strong></p> <p>We wholeheartedly believe that maximizing work-life balance is one of the most important paths to high performance.
