Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide clinical treatment, based on recovery plan, to youth and families</li> <li>Ensure the safety of a youth in their foster home</li> <li>Communication and collaboration with collateral contacts, stakeholders, and referral sources</li> <li>Ensure the well-being of a youth across all settings</li> <li>Develop and maintain effective relationships</li> <li>Timely and accurate documentation that maintain ethical standards</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in psychology, sociology, social work or other health services related field</li> <li>Therapeutic foster care and adoption services experience is a plus</li> <li>Ability to organize, manage time, oral and written communication skills</li> <li>Flexible work schedules with some evening and weekend hours</li> <li>Willingness to accept supervision, flexible and passionate about serving those in need. &nbsp;Enjoys working with people. Reliable, responsible, can work both as a member of a team and independently</li> <li>Based on team assignment; must maintain valid driver&rsquo;s license, insurance, reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally</li> </ul>
